The team at POUNCE collaborated on the strategy and rapid growth of the Women of Washington (WOW), a female-only fan club for the now-Washington Commanders. Today, it boasts more than 135,000 members and is among the largest in the NFL. The club provides members with year-round programming and events, behind-the- scene access, and content. WOW members are more engaged customers than their non-WOW peers, and are also more engaged than the average male fan. Today, 47% of NFL fans are female.

The people at POUNCE developed the #Loudoun Possible marketing strategy for Loudoun Economic Development. That strategy helped win many site selection wins and honors, including the prestigious 2021 EDO of the Year award from the International Economic Development Council. These efforts also contributed to $25 billion in new commercial investment over a five year period.

POUNCE worked with Project VETWERX to give veterans hundreds of employment opportunities as well as mentorship and mental health support.
